The Solicitation is amended to clarify the language instruction schedule. The languages will be taught as follows: Pashtu 2 days per week, Dari 2 days per week and Urdu for approximately 6 weeks beginning August 2009. The Solicitation package is now available on FedBizOpps for easier contractor availability.
