The National Park Service (NPS) issued Amendment No. 2 to the solicitation for proposals to award a new ten (10) year concession contract to provide lodging, food and beverage, retail, campground, fuel, and other related services at Stehekin within Lake Chelan National Recreation Area. Amendment No. 2 updates the Business Opportunity and Exhibit C to the Draft Contract, reflecting the revocation of Executive Order 14026, “Increasing the Minimum Wage for Federal Contractors” and its implementing rule, 29 C.F.R. Part 23. The amendment and updated documents are all available on the NPS Commercial Services website (link provided below). All other information remains the same. The NPS is ONLY accepting electronic proposals in response to this prospectus. Any proposal must be received electronically, no later than 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on April 18, 2025 , in the format outlined in the Proposal Instructions, to be evaluated for award of the new concession contract.
