Hotel and Conference services for US Tri-Mission Vienna

The Embassy of the United States of America in Vienna will provide the solicitation to interested companies operating a hotel in Vienna, Austria upon request. The Embassy of the United States of America in Vienna intends to issue a solicitation for hotel services for a Consular Conference to be held in Vienna, Austria in April of 2023. The contractor shall provide meeting space including conference package services during the workshop from Monday through Friday and hotel rooms for a delegation of approximately 50 people from Sunday through Saturday in the week of the conference. The selected hotel must be located within the 1st district, in Vienna, Austria. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order resulting from the solicitation to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without holding discussions.
