The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 is soliciting information on contractors that can provide Readjustment Counseling Services in Elko, Nevada, USA. For all small businesses, to include SDVOSB and VOSB, At least 50 percent of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expended for employees of the concern.
