To All Interested Applicants: The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications (AID 309-2) from U.S. citizens interested in providing the PSC services for the Senior Development Outreach and Communications (DOC) Specialist, GS-14 described in this solicitation.
