THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE: National Security Technologies, LLC (NSTec)for the U. S. Department of Energy is planning to subcontract for drilling services to construct three (3) angle boreholes on Pahute Mesa of the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS)located approximately sixty-five (65) miles northwest of Mercury, NV. The boreholes are to be drilled at an angle of approximately twenty-five (25) degrees from vertical to a measured depth of approximately five-hundred (500) feet from ground elevation eight (8) inches in diameter using air foam circulation. Subcontractor to provide basic drilling package including angle rig, drilling stem, pumps and compressors, generators, fuel tanks, water storage and drilling crew for one (1) shift daylight operations, ten (10) hours per day, four (4) days per week.
