8/21/2012 Q&A: We need some clarification on Line Item #0004 Compile Report -item 1.2 paragraph 2 of the PWS states: Before commencing maintenance the contractor shall provide a checklist outlining all the ser-vice items to be performed along with the supporting O&M documentation. The checklist should have areas for documentation of each task being completed and an area for noting de-ficiencies. After maintenance has been performed on all equipment the checklists shall be compiled along with a master list that outlines all of the deficiencies discovered.
