THE FOLLOWING IS THE GENERAL SCOPE FOR THE SOLICITATION: The Contractor will perform design/build, performance-based construction. The project will consist of design and construction of a family housing development consisting of a maximum of eight (8) units (or four (4) duplexes) on approximately 75 acres of un-cleared Coast Guard owned land in Perry, Maine. Required site development includes associated access roads, driveways, sidewalks, individual wells, individual septic systems, storm water drainage system, electrical distribution system, telecommunications system and other supporting utilities.
