The purpose of this Request for Offers is to seek competent and qualified contractors to perform all work for sealing leaking windows and replacing failed caulking in accordance with all contract clauses, wage rates, specifications and drawings. Competition Limited Small Business Concerns The NAICS Code for this project is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Site Visit: The site visit is OPTIONAL, however the FAA encourages offerors to inspect the sites where the work will be performed. There will be a coordinated site visit Thursday, September 14, 2016, 10 AM.
