This Sources Sought Notice is for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO) Small Businesses. The procurement will be a Request For Proposal (RFP) for Interior Space Renovations at the J.O. Pastore Federal Building and US Post Office in Providence, Rhode Island. Work required as part of this project includes demolition, build-out of office space, rework HVAC, rework electrical, rework lighting, painting, carpet, tile and control room build-out. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, supplies, materials, parts, equipment, and tools required to perform the specified work. Estimated construction cost is between $100,000 - $250,000. The NAICs code is 236220. The Small Business Size Standard is $31 million. Performance and Payment Bonds of 100% will be required under this contract.
