The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Eastern Logistics Service Area-ASO, College Park, GA, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to perform replacement of DAB 07L GS Shelter with a new Government Furnished shelter. This requirement is solely set-aside for Pre-Existing/Qualified Contractors under the Eastern Service Area Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). Any interested firms who are on the Eastern Service Area Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) that would like to be considered for Award are encouraged to attend the scheduled Site Visit and submit a complete Proposal package by the solicitation close date noted below. The tiered evaluation method will be utilized for Source Selection to determine who the successful Offeror from the Eastern Service Area Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) will be in accordance with the following : Tier I, socially and economically disadvantaged business (SEDB) that has been expressly certified by the Small Business Administration for participation in its 8(a) program; Tier II, any eligible service-disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB); Tier III, any eligible small business concern; Tier IV, on the basis of full and open competition from among all responsible Offerors, providing award can be made at a fair market price. Additionally, when responding to this Request for Proposal (RFP), each Offeror is required to submit a detailed cost breakdown proposal, in addition to all of the required documents outlined in the RFP. Please note that, this RFP is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind and the FAA will not pay for or be responsible for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this RFP. The projected period of performance for this entire project is 45 calendar days, following issuance of Notice to Proceed.
