The Kansas City Commodity Office (KCCO), Farm Service Agency, U.S. Department of Agriculture is a buyer of truck lots of food commodities for various domestic feeding programs. All contractors interested in offering commodities shall comply with KCCO’s qualification requirements as required by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 9.202(f). The product must have a shelf life of at least six (6) months from date of manufacturer. Product shall not be manufactured more than 30 days prior to shipping.
