Requirement: Five portable offices trailers to house GDLS contractor and Government personnel associated with Stryker Fielding and support activities.Specifications: Number of portable office trailers. Five (5) Size. 28 feet wide by 66 feet long (28 ft x 66 ft) Exterior doors. Two on front side with key locks. Windows. Eight (8) 48 in x 48 in insolated windows. Four on front and four on back side of trailer on all trailers. Heating. Central heat/AC. Weatherization. Needs to be insolated to meet weather conditions in the Pacific Northwest. Latrines. Two latrines in trailers 1,2,4,and 5 and one latrine in trailer 3. Each latrine will have one wash basin with hot and cold water and one toilet. Portable office layout. Setup. Delivery, blocking, level, tie-down, and skirting and removal (skirting, know-down and return freight). Communications. See attached floor plans for locations of internet and phone boxes. Requirement is install receptacle box and drill upper wall plate for wires. Electrical. See attached floor layouts. Trailer number three needs two L5-30P 30 AMP 220 volt receptacles in the server room. Location. Off of Stryker Ave. next to building 3751 on Fort Lewis, WA. Porch. 40in x 60in porch with steps and rails for each exterior door. Flooring. Commercial carpet except in storage and latrine areas will have vinyl. Exterior color. Walls sand color and trimmed in nutmeg brown. Lease cost for the base year (12 months)with four optional years. Please provide estimated delivery time.
