Acceptable Business Format: Dollars per USG All responsible offerors registered in SAM.gov may submit offer; interested responsible parties can sign up in SAM.gov in order to be eligible to offer on the upcoming solicitation. Must agree to use DLA Internet Systems Applications for Offer Submission (OET PC&S), order receipt(DIBBS), and Invoicing (WAWF) and sign up to register in these systems prior to closing date for offers.
