Fabricate Hand Lay-up Fiberglass Seat Backs and Bottoms

This requirement is for the fabrication by fiberglass seat backs and bottoms by hand lay-up method with black gell-coat finish. The intent is to establish a blanket purchase agreement for a base quantity with option quantities should additional funding become available. These seats will be used in non-flight navigational or simulator training devices manufactured by Detachment 1, ACC Training Support Squadron located at Luke AFB, Arizona. Molds shall be provided by the Government. First Article approval of a complete set consisting of one (1) seat back and one (1) seat bottom will be required prior to full production.
