34--BPA for Level1/SS/SOC Bar Stock

Please note that this BPA is posted on both Federal Business Opportunities FBO and the Navy Electronic Online Commerce (NECO). Although, it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting requirements, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Respondents are advised that the US Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice; all costs associated in responding to this notice will be solely at the interested party`s expense. NAVSUP Weapons System Support (NAVSUP) plans to issue Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) in accordance with FAR Part 13 procedures. The agency is seeking potential sources to enter into BPAs for non- commercial Bar Stocks to support the Level1/SUBSAFE (L1/SS) and Scope of Certification ( SOC) stock Programs. The Description of the L1/SS/SOC programs is attached to this notice. The Bar Stocks discussed herein include Federal Supply Cods 9510 and 9530. Since this item has to or more qualified sources the BPA is 100% small business set-aside.
