The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center, WMEC Product Line, is seeking qualified sources to manufacture, test, preserve, package, mark, bar code, and deliver the following items: 1) NSN 2010-00-906-6010 210' A-Class, CPP Blade Sets, Left Hand Coast Guard Part/Drawing Reference: 618 WMEC-245-050 PN: 615WPC-4400-51 Qty. 2 SETS Description: Propeller Blades. Materials: Each CPP blade shall be manufactured from ABS Type 4 Nickel Aluminum Bronze, consisting of the chemical composition and tensile properties listed in ABS Rules for Materials and Welding Dated 7/01/2011- Part 2,Chapter 3, Section 14, "Materials for Machinery, broilers, Pressure Vessels, and Piping-Bronze Casting. The propeller blades shall be manufactured to dimensions shown on Coast Guard drawing 618 WMEC-245-050. 2) NSN 2010-00-906-6009 210' A-Class, CPP Blade Sets, Right Hand Coast Guard Part/Drawing Reference: 618 WMEC-245-051 PN: 615WPC-4400-54 Qty. 1 SET Description: Propeller Blades. Materials: Each CPP blade shall be manufactured from ABS Type 4 Nickel Aluminum Bronze, consisting of the chemical composition and tensile properties listed in ABS Rules for Materials and Welding Dated 7/01/2011- Part 2,Chapter 3, Section 14, "Materials for Machinery, broilers, Pressure Vessels, and Piping-Bronze Casting. The propeller blades shall be manufactured to dimensions shown on Coast Guard drawing 618 WMEC-245-051. **Referenced drawings shall be uploaded with the solicitation and are not available at this time.** Packaging Requirements: A reusable wooden container shall be fabricated using marine grade plywood in the style of a footlocker with individual partitions to separate and protect each edge/tip gage. The container shall have a hinged lid, a hasp style lock, and a handle on each end. All hardware shall be made of corrosion resistant stainless steel.
