Sources sought synopsis to allow interested manufactures the opportunity to become qualified sources for those NSNs in which the Government has unlimited rights to technical data.

This synopsis is to notify interested manufacturers that the NSNs on the attached listing will be added to the United Technologies Corporation, Pratt & Whitney Division, corporate contract, SPM400-01-D-9405. This sources sought synopsis is to allow interested manufacturers the opportunity to submit Source Approval Request (SAR) packages for those NSNs that the Government would have technical data/drawings for and has assigned Qualification Requirements (QR's) for. These NSNs are identified as such by having a "1C" or "2C" coding under the AMC column on the attached listing. The Government does not have all the rights to technical data/drawings for those NSNs with a "3" or "4" in the AMC column. Interested sources will need to contact the public sales office for technical data/drawings if they are interesting in purchasing the applicable technical data. Qualification Requirements are applicable to these NSNs; therefore, potential offerors may obtain a copy of the QR's by contacting the Strategic Alternate Source Program Office (SASPO) office by submitting an e-mail to: [email protected] . The subject line of the e-mail should reflect "Request for QR's applicable to NSN_______________".
