STATEMENT OF WORKFOR THE PURCHASE OF CONVENTIONAL FURNITURE Defense Information Systems Agency PL 12 P.O. box 4502 Arlington, VA 22204 19 Aug 2005 1.0 SCOPE 1.1 PL has a requirement to furnish several offices with conventional office ftirniture in Skyline 4 and Skyline 5. This requirement also includes purchasing new chairs for PL personnel located in private offices in Skyline 5, and all of the PL personnel located in Skyline 4. 2.0 BACKGROUND 2.1 The Directorate for Procurement. and Logistics (PLD) renovated several of its’ offices within Skyline 5 a little over a year ago. Only offices that were to receive modular furniture wereaffected. Several of the employees that have private offices with conventional furniture are starting to experience problems with their current thrniture~ Also, the Chief, Logistics Branch will be moving to Skyline 4 and needs new office furniture. 3.0 REQUIREMENTS 3.1 The following items are requested by PLD: 3.11 Two (2) Executive desks that are at least 66” long with a right “L” unit, including keyboard shelves 3.12 One (1) Executive desk that is 60” long with a left “L” unit, with keyboard shelf 3.13 One (1) Double Pedestal Executive desk that is 74” long 3.14 One (1) Double Pedestal Executive desk that is 66” long 3.15 Two (2) Executive Keyboard Credenza’s that are 72” long 3.16 One (1) Executive Lateral File that is 39” long 3.17 One (1) Two-drawer file cabinet 3.18 One (1) Two-drawer file cabinet (mobile) 3.19 One (1) Executive Round Conference Table that is 53” wide 3.20 One (1) Executive Round Conference Table that is 48” wide 3.21 Thirty (30) Office Chairs that provide adjustable lumbar support, seat position adjustment, adjustable arm height, arm width, seat height, infinite tilt lock and light-touch tilt tension, with seat cushion, mesh back 3.22 Twenty (20) Office Chairs that provide adjustable lumbar support, seat position adjustment, adjustable arm height, arm width, seat height, infinite tilt lock and light-touch tilt tension, all mesh — seat and back 4.0 GENERAL INFORMATION 4.1 Provide pictures of furniture to PL1 for approval prior to purchase. 4.2 All questions are to be directed to Charles Ealey, PLI2, 703-681-0316
