83--JP Window shades

This Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential vendors to provide the design and installation of Window Shades at the Jamaica Plain VA Healthcare System. This is not a solicitation but a notice to understand what the market will bear and the possibility of receiving feedback on the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends utilize FAR 8 to award a firm fixed priced contract. The applicable NAICS and PSC code are to be determined. Interested persons may review the attached draft PWS and contact the Contracting Officer via email at [email protected] regarding this procurement and may identify capabilities of this kind. Responses and comments are due no later than May 20, 2016. Responses will not be considered after that date. Service Disabled and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB and VOSB) contracting with VA are to be registered and certified in VetBiz if seeking consideration under PL 109-461 (www.vetbiz.gov - Vendor Information Pages - VIP). All contractors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (www.samgov).
