54 -- Wall Coverings

This notice is to identify all prospective offerors within the Republic of Turkey in submitting proposals for the upcoming solicitation for installation, hardware, labor and materials to accomplish the covering of 90% of an aircraft hanger indoor wall surface. This material may be of any durable, lightweight material that can be easily removed, cleaned, and hung at any time. The hanging mechanism must be strong enough to withstand constant tension under minor wind conditions and be installed onto steel metal beams approximately sixty feet above ground. Color has not been finalized but earth tones will be favored. A site visit will be arranged at a later date once all initial proposals have been reviewed for possible consideration. All potential offerors must submit a letter or potential proposal to this office identifying the company name, address, phone number, fax, email, and solicitation point of contact. This information shall be submitted no later than 1500hrs on 09 Apr 2004. Fax and emails will be accepted. Any interested party who does not submit this information by the stated cut-off date shall not be considered for award nor shall a future proposal be considered responsive.
