6515--CensiMark Laser Marking Equipment Laser Unit and Training

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 7, Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center, 1 Freedom Way, Warehouse Bldg 85, Augusta GA, 30904 intends to solicit a firm-fixed price contract to provide CensiMark Fiber Laser Unit DM-LM2, delivery and training. Contractor shall provide at least 12 months parts and labor warranty. Contractor shall provide on dock delivery. Contractor shall provide installation to include assembly of all equipment. Contractor shall provide all required and necessary training materials. Laser etching unit must seamlessly interface with current Censitrac software. Unit purchase must include the laptop, installation and staff staining. Unit must utilize a Ytterbium Fiber laser with a standard marking field of 100mm x100mm or 3.93in x 3.93in., a motorized z-axis base with autofocus. Unit must have the capability of marking a variety of materials to include titanium, anodized titanium, aluminum, stainless steel and plastic. Unit must run on standard 110 power. Dimensions must not exceed 24.0 W x 35.0 D x 30.5 H (closed), 46.5 H (open)/ 50lbs. A Request for Quote (RFQ) for this project is estimated to be released following this Sources Sought Notice.
