This Sources Sought is issued for informational and planning purposes. The Air Force is conducting market research and desires input from industry to assist in requirements planning. The information requested by this synopsis will be used within the Air Force to facilitate the decision making process and will not be disclosed outside of the agency. Please note: The Air Force will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this request. The 47th Contracting Squadron is interested in the identification of capable sources to provide the following Brand Name Item: Motorola Integrated Command and Control (IC2) console system. Items must be new, not reconditioned or refurbished. Delivery to Laughlin AFB, TX, within approximately 60 days ARO. IC2 List of System Requirements 1. Personal screen configuration based on user's log in. No matter what console the operator accesses, they are guaranteed the same privileges and screen orientation. 2. Telephone/hotline/remote door access capability - Minimum of 10 dial lines, minimum of 20 telephone HOTLINES, and minimum of two touch screen functions to remotely control DOOR BUZZERS. 3. Maintain sufficient telephone lines with at least one having immediate precedence access to the DSN and/or commercial lines. 4. Have audio patching capability between telephone and radio, radio to radio, etc 5. The server shall support the console positions 6. Each position shall include two touch screen flat panel LCD monitors 7. Each position shall have one gooseneck microphone, foot switch, and wired headset 8. Each position shall have one wireless headset interface 9. One console will be designated as the supervisory or primary console position 10. Logging recorder- This system must be connected to the existing logging recorder located The recorder will be programmed so that all operators can access the system from their console. The logging recorder must be able to record all conventional radio traffic and telephone lines. 11. Each operator position must monitor minimum of six radio nets on Laughlin's LMR system. All of these nets must be recorded to provide access for missing or garbled communications and to support legal requirements. Information requested: 1.
