The vendor will repair as required to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications and operational parameters using OEM parts, procedures and OEM certified technicians. This includes, but is not limited to, remove the boom, install all new wear pads and inspect of all cables. Vendor will be responsible for providing necessary transport of equipment to a repair facility to include post repair delivery to Public Works Department, Panama City. Vendor will also provide post repair inspection and testing in the presence of NAVFAC P-307 qualified inspectors and test directors located at Public Works Department, Panama City to ensure the proper function and operational integrity of all components. The vendor is responsible for providing repairs and adjustments to bring the crane back into a serviceable state that will support the stringent inspection, testing, and certification standards of the NAVFAC P-307 Management of Weight Handling Equipment.
