36--ULC Binders

This notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville, has a requirement for three-ring binders in assorted sizes from 1 " to 3" , in two different solid colors, (red and white) and will have a silk-screen logo printed onto the binder covers. Annual number of binders required may reach a total of 9,000 units. This acquisition is intended for full and open competition and intended to be set aside for small business concerns. Final classification of the type of set-aside may be dependent upon responses to this source sought notification. A solicitation is scheduled to be released on or about February 16 2011. The Government intends to issue as many a two Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) to qualified vendors. Questions and comments from all small business concerns are encouraged via email. The Government will not reimburse contractors for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. No hard copy or facsimile submissions will be accepted.
