DESC intends to award on a sole source basis, a requirement of 3,200,000 gallons (16 month period of performance) of TS-1 (RUS COMJET) Aviation Fuel, NSN 9130-01-492-4931 to be supplied for into-plane refueling from AVCARD, A Division of Kropp Holdings Inc at Ashgabat Airport, Turkmenistan. This is a multi-year procurement. Period of performance is 15 March 2009 – 15 June 2010. The terms and conditions of Solicitation SP0600-04-R-0012 will be incorporated into the contract award. DESC intends make the contract award by a modification to an existing contract. DESC invites expressions of interest from other potential offerors. Any firms desiring consideration must fully identify, in writing, their capabilities to supply TS-1 into-plane refueling at Ashgabat Airport, and the ability to begin performance by the contract start date.
