Request for Information - Air Transportation Services Between Long Beach & Catalina Island, California

The United States Postal Service is requesting information from interested parties to provide mail transportation service between Long Beach, CA and Avalon Bay, Catalina Island, off the coast of California. The air line-haul and basic ground/terminal handling services will serve the following points: - Long Beach Airport (LGB) - Avalon Bay Airport (AVX) The initial period of performance for a potential contract would be 4 years, beginning on or about September 2nd, 2016, with two, two-year option periods. Any subsequent award will be a fixed price (per pound) indefinite quantity contract.
