V--Bus Services for the LA ANG (Sources Sought Notice)

The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information from potential and eligible Small Businesses within the local area (Zip 70143) to provide bus Services for the LA ANG. The requested service involves bus service/ transportation of personal (200-300) and their equipment on a continuous 24 hour schedule for 7 days- projected dates (Nov 2012, Mar 2013, and Aug 2013). The bus route is estimated at 15- 20 miles round trip, buses will be required to make stops at designated areas for the pickup and drop off of personal. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, gas, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Bus Service -Transportation of Personal as listed. The information will be used to make a list of available contractors and associated/projected cost. This information will be used for market research and planning purposes only.
