Sources Sought Notice for Information Only: This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources of service. Negative replies are also sought. Contractor should not include any pricing. 0001- Description: Airport Transportation Services: I am providing the below scenarios for consideration in the Sources Sought: 1. Days of Services: Seven days a week. Transportation will largely occur Monday-Friday during business hours. However, transportation may also occur on weekends and outside normal business hours (both early morning and late night). 2. Transportation locations: From Letterkenny Army Depot (Chambersburg, PA) to any of the following: 1) Harrisburg International Airport, 2) Hagerstown Regional Airport, 3) Baltimore Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, 4) Reagan National Airport, or 5) Dulles International Airport. 3. Passengers: 1) 1-2 with luggage, 2) 3-4 with luggage, 3) 5-6 with luggage, 4) 7-10 with luggage, 5) 11-15 with luggage, and 6) 16-20 with luggage. 4. Cancellation Fee: What cancellation notice is required and at what cost? For the purposes of this RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 485999. If you believe another NAICS is more applicable based on the requirement, please so indicate and state the justification with your reply. If your firm is capable of providing an equal product, please provide any literature or specifications to Mrs. Jennifer Elliott, [email protected] by 11 Jul 2014, 4 p.m. Eastern Time. In addition, the following information is requested: (1) Company cage Code, DUNS, name, address, point of contact, telephone number and email address; (2) Any small business status (8(a), HUB Zone, veteran-owned, women-owned, etc.); (3) Please indicate which NAICS code(s) and FSC codes your company usually performs under Government contracts (4) GSA contract number if applicable (5) Indicate whether you are a distributor or a manufacturer of the material on this RFI. The government plans to use the Internet and e-mail as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging information. Hard copies of documents posted on FBO will not be made available.
