This is a Sources Sought Notice. This is NOT a Request for Quote (RFQ) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking potential firms who have the skills, experience, knowledge, capabilities and port accessibility required to provide Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) at the Military Port of Rota, Spain. ACC-RI is requesting capability statements from potential firms which include their ability to provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision required for the performance of S&RTS to include, but not limited to vessel loading, discharge, lashing/unlashing, long shoring, material handling equipment (MHE) driving, and other related tasks.
