This is a combined Sources Sought Announcement and request for Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM). This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB) and does not serve to bind the U.S. Government in any way. Interested parties will not be reimbursed for costs associated with preparation of their responses. The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) is conducting a Sources Sought Market Survey in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 to identify potential firms that have the skills, experience, knowledge, and capabilities necessary to perform the following potential requirements: Equipment for Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) in the State of Kuwait, with primary performance at the Port of Shuaiba. Pricing shall be provided in accordance with the equipment schedule provided below. All equipment shall be priced with operator/driver and shall included fuel, lubricants, and maintenance. Mobile Crane pricing shall include the mobilization cost. Shuttle Bus 24 pax and Van 7 pax shall be priced on a per day basis only. Pricing shall be submitted as FOB Destination. All prices for this acquisition shall be stated in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). Offerors are to provide Firm Fixed Prices that shall consist of per hourly, per day and per monthly rates. Interested parties are encouraged to forward a capabilities statement which outlines their ability to provide the above requirement. Please include in your capabilities statement points of contact who can provide additional information if requested.
