V--Third Party Logistics (3PL) Support & Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) for Pakistan and Afghanistan areas

This is a sources sought notice. This is NOT a request for proposal. The US Army Contracting Command is seeking potential firms who are interested in and have the capability to provide Third Party Logistics (3PL) Support and various Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) within areas of Pakistan and Afghanistan. Services to include, but are not limited to the following requirements: 1) WPS Transactions based off of discharges and distributions; 2) Read and write ability of RFIDs and rearming ability of Container Intrusion Detection Devices; 3) Ability to perform IBS-CMM transactions in Pakistan and Afghanistan; 4) Performance of in-transit visibility of all cargo transiting the Pakistan / Afghanistan Ground Lines of Communication (GLOC) (from port in or hub out to hub in or port out); 5) Ability to use Pipeline Asset Tool, ITV Server, IBS, WPS, SMS, and other tools to assist ITV cargo; 6) Ability to conduct surveys of damaged cargo to include photographs of the cargo along the GLOC both in Pakistan and Afghanistan; 7) Ability to source and apply cable seals; 8) Ability to provide executive summary of cargo reports; 9) Ability to cover fifteen fixed locations and ability to provide roaming ITV units along the Pakistan / Afghanistan GLOC. Responses must include the following: 1) Name and address of firm; 2) Company point of contact, telephone number and email address; 3) Brief summary of company history relative to similar requirements; 4) Number of years in business; 5) A list of customers covering the past five (5) years, highlighting the relevant work performed, contract number, and dollar values of each contract.
