H--Sources Sought for Commercial Storagfe and Handling and Distribution Facilities

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Service Agency (FSA) is seeking qualified source(s) for a potential performance based commercial services contract to receive and store commodities for multi-food shipments; accept orders from the Food and Nutrition Service’s (FNS) Electronic Commodity Ordering System (ECOS), an internet based ordering system; assemble orders utilizing pick and pack method; and deliver orders. FSA is seeking to establish and implement a performance based services contract(s) within the United States and the Virgin Islands. Shipments will consist of mixed commodities in full and less than truckload quantities, with a potential for dry, cooler, and freezer commodities in a single truck. The facility will be required to report all product ordered and delivered to the eligible recipient agencies to USDA on a monthly basis. The government contemplates award of one or more firm-fixed price performance based requirements contract(s) resulting from the solicitation. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTATION IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.
