D--Sources Sought Notice for Missouri National Guard TV Program

This is a sources sought notice, this project is not yet funded and currently in the market research stage. The Missouri National Guard is looking towards the possibility of a 30 minute monthly television segment and is seeking out capable firms to include business size to determine the best way forward. Deliverables would include but not be limited to: 1. 30 minute TV Program (monthly), 2. 1-3 minute broadcast pieces (as needed, not to exceed 5 weekly), 3. News release/photo support (as needed). Some of the other requirements might include: 1. Must be available to support short-notice projects within two hour during business hours, 2. Must have CAC access to ensure conectivity to MONG intranet and email during working hours, 3. Must maintain daily communication with the MONG Public Affairs Office, 4. Must provide finished product from subject matter expert interviews, editing and indexing of news and video events within five days of completion for use in monthly MONG TV, 5. Other video library and administrative services as developed. Dependent on response to this posting a solicitation will be posted at a later time through ASFI/FBO; that timeline is not yet identified. Interest to this posting will also be used to develop a set-aside determination.
