“This is a Request for Information (RFI) only for an urgent requirement to provide temporary emergency communications cellular service in the areas designated by the state of New Mexico as spelled out in the Statement of Objectives. This will be a temporary measure to carry through the Monsoonal Season scheduled to end on 30 September 2022 or until industry can sufficiently restore communications and allow for emergency alert and warning notifications. The Federal Emergency Management Agency presents this RFI to seek input from industry on the stated requirement and identify potential interested vendors. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) and offers will not be accepted. Any information received in response will be used to inform a potential solicitation. Responses to this RFI are voluntary and any costs associated will not be reimbursed. Responses should include company name, address, DUNS number and any applicable information”.
