This purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and this size classification veteran owned small business, or service disabled veteran owned small business relative to NAICS 525990. Written responses to this synopsis will be used by the government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published in the Fedbizopps website. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. All interested offerors will have to respond to the solicitation announcement in addition to responding to this sources sought announcement. The Veterans Affairs, Network 22 Contracting Office, is seeking sources for a potential contract to provide 286 Visa Gift Cards, to be provided to participants in the National Veterans Summer Sports Clinic 2016, as a form of meal cards fully funded and loaded - 240 cards at $235.00 per card, 16 cards at $156.25 per card, and 30 cards at $295.00 per card for a total of 286 cards. These services included are but not limited to the following: Visa Gift Cards for meal usage, in support of the host VA San Diego Healthcare System. The intended period of period of performance is September 14 - 24, 2016.
