Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition Boston, Ma.

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to award a sole source extension under an existing lease using other than full and open competition, at 99 Summer Street, Boston, MA. 02110. The extension will be for 12,542 rentable square feet of fully serviced space for a term of two years. There is a continuing need for space while the OCC accommodates its staffing needs. It has been determined that a two year lease extension will result in less cost to the Federal Government when the economics of moving, telecommunications, security, and duplication of tenant improvements are taken into consideration.
