Requirement: The US Government presently occupies office space under a lease that expires April 30, 2007 in Washington, DC. The Government intends to exercise an option (per GSAM 570.106) for five years. The requirement is for 94,009 rentable square feet. The delineated area must be located within the CEA of Washington, DC. Expressions of interest must include: 1. Building name 2. Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot 3. Availability schedule for all space offered 4. Method of measurement used to determine the rentable square feet 5. Common area factor for available space 6. Rental rate information quotation per BOMA/ANSI office rentable square feet 7. Scaled floor plans (as-builts) identifying the space to be offered on CAD disc 8. Information on the building ownership 9. Amount of parking available on-site 10. Site plans, including available setbacks 11. List of building provided services.
