This Sources Sought Notice is for informational purposes only; this is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Request For Quote (RFQ). All interested parties are encouraged to respond to this Sources Sought Notice NO LATER THAN CLOSE OF BUSINESS Thursday May 16, 2013, 4:30pm EST. The Government will not pay for information and materials received in response to this posting and is in no way obligated by the information received. The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Real Property Utilization and Disposal Division (1PZ), Region 1 (GSA), is seeking a small business firm that has the ability to provide timely real estate appraisal services to GSA and the US Army (Army) to assist in the disposal of a portion the former US Army Installation Fort Monroe in Virginia. The delivery due date for the appraisal report shall be sixty (60) days from Notice to Proceed – this project is time sensitive. The Appraisal Contractor is to be a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser for Virginia. The Appraisal Contractor(s) must be the Prime appraiser(s) of record.
