Enterprise Case Selection/Enterprise Anomaly Detection (ECS/EAD) Services

AMENDED 5-10-24 - To perform the following: 1. Replace the original Statement of Objective (SOO) posted 5-1-2024, with revised version 2, titled: 24-IRA-035-OITA - SOO_05082024revised_v2; attached. 2. Replace the original SOO attachment, with an updated version titled: ECSEAD Compliance Functional Overview_ATTACH_ UPDATED 05082024; attached. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has a requirement for develop of an enterprise platform for anomaly detection and case selection. For information purposes, the services described shall be in accordance with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Statement of Objectives (SOO) entiled 24-IRA-035-Enterprise Case Selection Enterprise Anomaly Detection SOO. The request for Information will be available May 1, 2024, and will be distributed through the Government Wide point of Entry (GPE) SAM.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the site for the most up-to-date information about this Request for Information. The closing date for this Request for Information wil be May 16, 2024, 4:00 pm. EST. All interested parties may submit a response to this Request for Information.
