The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) requires a Recruiting, Candidate Communication, Job Event Management, and Hiring (SaaS) recruitment tool to meet HUD's recruitment needs. Services shall include SaaS configuration, documentation support, operations and maintenance, and training support.
