Intellectual Property (IP) and Technology Transfer (T2) Data Management System Pilot Program

The Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Contracting Center of Excellence (CCoE), on behalf of the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Research and Technology (DASA(R&T)), is issuing this Source Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement. This Sources Sought Notice neither constitutes a Request for Proposal or Invitation for Bid, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. This notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose.
