In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the technical point of contact will not be given and no appointments for presentations will be made. ********** SCOPE SUMMARY The U.S. Coast Guard is considering supplementing their staff through the use of a non-personal, professional services contract for one (1) Contract Specialist to support the US Coast Guard (USCG) Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center (SILC). The SILC contracting office procures environmental engineering and construction services in and around USCG facilities. The contract support will include work supporting pre and post award actions through task order close out. Preliminary Task Order Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated March 2020 is attached which defines the scope of work and requirements of the contemplated Solicitation. OASIS SB MA-IDIQ POOL 1 ($15M Business Size Standard). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541620 Environmental Consulting Services. The type of contract resulting from the contemplated Solicitation is a Firm Fixed-Price Task Order. The Government contemplates a Solicitation based on Fair Opportunity procedures (FAR 16.505(b)(1)). Security Clearance level for this PWS is Unclassified. Appropriate security clearance/background check to obtain a USCG issued Common Access Card (CAC Card) before the Contractor employee reports to work is required. Performance Location for this PWS is CONUS. Labor will be performed at a Government Site. Place of Performance is Seattle, WA.
