Sources Sought for Building Automated Systems at NIH

NIH has a need for a contractor to provide all maintenance, repairs, emergency services, preventive maintenance inspections, calibration, hardware replacement, technical assistance, upgrade and installation of Johnson Controls METASYS building automation systems (BAS) and on Siemens Building Technologies Distributed Digital Control (DDC) BAS located in Bethesda, Maryland, Fort Detrick, Maryland and the Research Medical Laboratory (RML) Hamilton Montana.
