DESCRIPTION This is a Sources Sought Announcement only. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) centers located in San Francisco is performing market research to determine the interest of Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Hubzone Small Business, and Small Disadvantage Businesses (8(a)) that can provide diagnostic services to the Veterinary Medical Unit at the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center on 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, California 94121 and 1700 Owens Street, San Francisco, CA 94158. This site is within the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 21) of the Department of Veterans Affairs. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, parts, supervision, management and other resources required to perform to develop the services in accordance with specifications, terms and conditions of this contract for the San Francisco VA Medical Center (SFVAMC) for a period of one (1) year to commence on or about December 16, 2013 through September 30, 2014.
