SMALL BUSINESS SOURCE SOUGHT NOTICE: NIEHS EHP & JHP Peer Review Management Support Services

AMENDMENT 1: The purpose of Amendent 1 is to extend the small business sources sought response date/time from 03/31/2023 @ 12:00 p.m. EST to 03/31/2023 @ 6:00 p.m. EST. NIEHS is seeking to acquire Peer Review Management Support for the EHP scientific journals program . Representative support services include, but are not limited to, the following: Manage the day-to-day aspects of the peer review management system (i.e., the Editorial Manager (EM) manuscript submission system) Provide frontline support for routine questions and problems from authors, reviewers, and editors (escalating non-routine queries to the editorial team as determined by the Managing Editor) Assist EHP’s in-house staff with questions, reports, and managing assignments to authors, editors, and reviewers.
