R--This requirement is for court reporting and transcripts of Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (ASBCA) hearings and related proceedings. ASBCA hearings and proceedings are conducted worldwide.

This is a Request for Information (RFI) as defined in FAR 15.201(e). The Government is requesting information regarding the availability and feasibility of attracting potentially new entities to provide Reporter and Transcript services using a HUBZone Set Aside. The Government anticipates award of an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity with Firm Fixed Price task orders type contract. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561492 with a size standard of $15.0 million. No other synopsis will be posted for this requirement.
