Main IRS Custodial and Pest Control Services FY22

Custodial Services - This requirement is for Custodial services to include pest control services required specifically for the IRS Facility Management and Security Services (FMSS). The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide custodial & Pest Control services in accordance with the PWS specification. The contractor shall also plan, schedule, coordinate, train, supervise and ensure effective performance and completion of all contract requirements specified herein at this IRS facility.
