This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE (not a pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5) to determine the capabilities of potential sources and the availability of commercial sources pursuant to FAR Part 10. This is issued by the Shore Infrastructure Logistics Command West, Alameda, California to identify sources capable of provide Janitorial Services at USCG Sector/Air Station North Bend, North Bend, Oregon base plus four (4) option years, if exercised by the Government, beginning 01 October 2016. A solicitation will be issued NEXT YEAR and will be synopsized on FedBizOps Electronic Posting System at www.fbo.gov. It is the potential offerors responsibility to monitor this avenue for release of any solicitation or synopsis. The applicable NAICS Code is 561720 (7349) (Janitorial Services). The related small business size standard is $18.0 million. COMPETITION AND SET-ASIDE DECISIONS WILL BE MADE BASED ON THE RESULTS OF THIS MARKET RESEARCH AND THE FEEDBACK FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT.
