Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area Office on behalf of Whiteriver Service Unit is conducting this Sources Sought to identify small business contractors who possess the capabilities to provide non-personal service for destruction or disposal of expired pharmaceutical drugs. The designated NAICS code is 562119, with a size standard of $41.5M. Responses shall reference this Sources Sought announcement number, “ 75H71222Q00003 Sources Sought for Disposal of Expiring Pharmacy Products, Whiteriver Service Unit”. An organization that is not considered a small business under the applicable NAICS code may not submit a response to this notice. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). Indian Health Service is utilizing this tool as part of market research. Your responses will assist IHS in the development of its possible RFP and in determining whether any type of small business set-aside is possible for this procurement or whether full and open competitive procedures should be utilized.
